Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we resolve the issue.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on products or purchases. 

Shipping
We are CURRENTLY shipping from the United Kingdom. Shipping times take 3-5 Business days depending on where you are located. Shiping time starts 1 day from when you get a dispatch email. All parcels are sent with Royal Mail who then pass it too USPS. 

*3-5 Day Shipping is an estimate. Some may be quicker some may be a few days longer.

There are NO Customs charges as we cover these before the item is shipped.
